About us

We are based in Fleet, Hampshire, and provide estate planning services to clients in Fleet and the surrounding area. We visit clients in their homes or places of work to discuss their requirements and take their instructions. We return in person at the end of the process when the documents are signed. There is no “hard sell” on any aspect. We simply give advice, explain what can be done and the costs involved. It is for you to decide what (if anything) you would like to do.

About Becky

After graduating from Sheffield University (maths) in 1992, I worked in various sectors, including insurance, and government statistics. I had a long career break to bring up my 4 children, who are now adults. I educated the children at home & in the community for several years, then when my youngest child eventually started school I did a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies (equivalent to a law degree) by distance learning with the University of Hertfordshire.

I have special interests in adoption and special educational needs/disabilities – and how the law applies to families and individuals who are affected by these issues – which can be relevant when writing Wills.

I am a member of the Society of Will Writers. This means that I am fully insured, adhere to the SWW Code of Practice, and am regularly trained to keep my knowledge up to date.

Darren has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, the majority of which has been spent delivering face-to-face advice and building long term relationships with clients. With the Diploma in Financial Planning and the experience he has gained through his current role, he has been able to develop expertise in pension planning, investments, protection and Inheritance Tax planning. An initial meeting with Darren is free and without obligation.
